2013 SUMMER ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

1. FORM: Completely fill out the form below.

2. ESSAY: Briefly explain why you are interested in the TSSP and how you think you might benefit from the program. You will be able to upload the essay on the next screen with the naming convention LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_SCHOOL.pdf. If you are unable to upload the essay, please email, mail or fax to:

3. TEACHER RECOMMENDATION FORM: Arrange for your science or math teacher (or guidance counselor) to send your school transcript, teacher recommendation form, and a letter of recommendation either by email, mail, or fax to the address above. The letter of recommendation form is available here.

The cost of each summer course is $300. Fees are due upon acceptance into the program. Need-based scholarships are available through the generosity of The Bruce J. Heim Foundation. A separate additional application is required and will be sent upon request. If you have any questions regarding this form, please email sanchez@tulane.edu.
